easiest holiday mani ever!

When it comes to holiday nails, everyone always thinks red! But I wanted to try something a little different and a little fun with my holiday mani using two of my fave reds from Essie. This mani is so easy & people will think it took you a lot longer than it did (which let’s face it, that’s an added bonus that we can all get behind this time of year!)

You’ll need;

A nude or sheer base, I used opi’s bubble bath

Two different shades of red, I used shall we chalet? and altitude attitude both by essie

 

1-Apply your base color in a sheer layer. *tip; always wash and dry your nails before applying any color. This helps so much!

2-Next go in with one of the colors starting under the white part of your nail and working across in the an upward motion, making a long triangle. 

 

3-Then use the other color and work in the opposite direction! I repeated steps 2 & 3 again to get an even, opaque shade.

4-Finish with a top coat-I ONLY use Seche Vite fast dry (get it on amazon-I buy 4 a year, one a season!)
