a poncho moment

I got this poncho in a fabfitfun box last year and never wore it. I just didn't know how to style it, but after getting major inspo from some babes over on IG, I figured it out. I paired it with a basic black tee, jeans, and heels for this shoot, but wore it with over the knee boots for Thanksgiving. 

I love how warm and cozy it keeps me, but makes the outfit look like I took more time putting it together than I did. My favorite thing about the one I have is it's reversible! As much as I love the black side, I'm obsessed with the grey side! What's a fashion trend you have tried recently that you weren't sure about? Did you love it or end up hating it?
